Lisa D. Wright is a consumer lawyer.  Prior to entering private practice, she worked with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as a Bank Examiner for six years.  As a Bank Examiner with the FDIC, Ms. Wright concentrated her efforts on monitoring bank compliance with consumer protection regulations, including the Fair Housing Act, Electronic Funds Transfer Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Community Reinvestment Act, Truth in Lending Act, and Truth in Savings Act.

Attorney Wright maintains a statewide practice that is limited to the representation of consumers, with a particular emphasis on representing consumers under the Electronic Funds Transfer Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Georgia's Fair Business Practices Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and the Truth In Lending Act.

Attorney Wright holds a Bachelors of Arts in Accounting from Kentucky State University, a Masters of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business - Duke University and a Juris Doctorate from Duke University.
